Preventive measures during the production of metal stamping parts

Metal stamping parts are products that we often use. It is made by cutting, bending, stamping, shaping and other processing of metal materials in the mold cavity through the pressure of molds and punching machines. What preventive measures should be taken when producing metal stamping parts?

1. Regularly inspect the punch turntable and the mold mounting seat of the stamping parts to ensure the coaxial accuracy of the upper and lower turntables.

2. Before installation and application, metal stamping parts need to be strictly inspected, and dirt should be removed completely. The stamping part guide sleeve and die-casting mold should be carefully checked for good lubrication.

In order to ensure the service life of stretching and compressing parts, the springs of the mold should also be replaced regularly to prevent fatigue damage to the springs from affecting the use of stretching and stamping parts.

4. When installing molds, stamping personnel should use soft metal manufacturing tools to prevent stamping parts from being damaged by impact and compression during installation.

5. The wear of the convex and concave die edges of stamping parts should be stopped in time and polished in a timely manner, otherwise it will quickly expand the wear of the die edge, accelerate the wear of the mold, and reduce the stamping quality and mold life.
